We would like to invite everyone to Prof. Franco Moretti’s lecture: Simulating Dramatic Networks, given on Friday, February 28, 2020 at 10:00 am in the main building of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (Národní tř. 3, P1) in room 206. The lecture is held in collaboration with the Czech Literature Institute of the Academy of Sciences and Czech Literary Bibliography of the Academy of Sciences upon the occasion of publishing Moretti’s essay on plot analysis; the essay will be featured in the new ArteActa issue.
Franco Moretti is the founder of the Stanford Literary Lab and a pioneer of digital research in humanities. His interpretation of dramatic networks are hugely beneficial not only to theoreticians from various fields but also may inspire the creative agents like dramaturgists, scritpwriters or directors.
